With Uber Direct integrated into SOUS, your customers order directly through you, and a local courier picks it up. You keep the customer relationship. SOUS delivery service fees start at 3%, with payment-processing and courier fees charged separately.

Introducing our new Storefront Configurator. Set up your online store yourself, no developer needed. Pick your layout, add your menu, and go live in minutes, whether standalone or embedded on your own site.

Introducing Competitor Management. See your automatic ranking against restaurants in your local market, and track up to 25 specific competitors across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Google, and Claude. Add competitors manually or pick from a suggested list, then compare visibility scores, mentions, and average position, all in one place.

Spotlight can now draft review responses automatically, tailored to your tone of voice. Approve them with one click or let them publish on their own, so you stay active across review platforms without the manual work.
