Which SOUS plan is right for my restaurant?
Launch is the best choice for most restaurants. It combines direct ordering, pickup and delivery, multiple stores, priority support and the full Spotlight visibility suite. Starter suits restaurants getting started with one location and a simpler setup. Grow adds white-glove onboarding, ongoing optimisation and a dedicated account manager.
Why do most restaurants choose Launch?
Launch brings direct ordering and visibility together in one plan. You get your own storefront, unlimited orders, multiple stores, guided onboarding, priority support and the full Spotlight suite, without marketplace commission.
What is the difference between Flexible and Yearly?
Flexible is a rolling month-to-month plan. Yearly gives you a lower rate in return for a 12-month commitment. With Yearly, you can pay monthly or pay the full year upfront for an additional discount.
Are the listed prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All subscription prices shown on this page exclude VAT. Service fees, payment-processing fees and any charges from third-party providers are separate unless your plan explicitly says otherwise.
What fees apply when I receive an order?
SOUS charges a 1% service fee on pickup and direct orders. A 3% fee applies when delivery is fulfilled through SOUS or a connected delivery provider. You can pass the fee to the guest at checkout or absorb it yourself. Standard payment-processing fees also apply and depend on the payment method used.
What does zero commission mean?
SOUS does not take the large marketplace commission commonly charged by third-party delivery apps. You keep the direct relationship with your guest. The clearly listed SOUS service fee and payment-processing costs still apply.
Do I need a new website to use SOUS?
No. You can add SOUS Commerce to your existing website or use a standalone SOUS storefront. We will help you choose the option that best fits your current setup.
What onboarding and support are included?
Starter includes self-serve setup and the help centre. Launch includes guided onboarding and priority support. Grow includes white-glove onboarding and a dedicated account manager.
Does SOUS connect with my POS and delivery providers?
SOUS supports POS, order and on-demand delivery integrations on selected plans. Availability can depend on your provider, market and specific POS version, so confirm your current systems with our team before choosing a plan. Any fees charged by a third-party provider are separate.
Who owns my customer and order data?
Your restaurant remains in control of customer data collected through SOUS. SOUS processes that data to operate the service and does not use it for its own direct marketing. When your agreement ends, you can request that your customer data be returned or deleted.
